The Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo, on Sunday joined the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, to commission one of the church’s latest property, the Trinity Towers.
Osinbajo made this known through his social media platforms on Sunday evening where he congratulated the church on the latest achievement.
“I am honored to have witnessed the dedication of the @rccgcityofdavid Trinity Towers, a fourteen-floor complex comprising concert and multipurpose halls, shopping strips, cinemas, a rooftop tennis court and more earlier today.
“The proceeds from the rental income estimated to be in excess of N2b annually will be used for the church’s wide range of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programmes and charities.
“The church has a duty of social responsibility to humanity. Jesus commanded it when he told us to love our neighbours as ourselves.
“I am delighted that the @rccgcityofdavid has shown a commitment to spreading love to humanity, as well as the propagation of the gospel of Jesus Christ,” he wrote.
Also at the occasion was the executive governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
